3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

Legit Check: AI Scanner offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $5.99
• Annual Plan: $29.99

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Legit Check: AI Scanner only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to verify items for illegal or harmful purposes

5. Intellectual Property Rights

While we strive for accuracy, Legit Check: AI Scanner's AI verification results are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of authenticity verification results
• Complete analysis of all item types and brands
• Suitability for all professional or legal purposes
• Compliance with all industry standards and requirements

7. Photo and Content Usage

When you upload photos to Legit Check: AI Scanner:

• You retain ownership of your original photos
• You grant us a license to process your photos for AI authenticity verification
• We do not store or share your photos with third parties
• Processing occurs locally on your device when possible

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asil Arslan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of Legit Check: AI Scanner.

Legit Check: AI Scanner provides AI-generated results that may not account for all factors such as:

• Professional authentication standards and variations
• Industry-specific requirements
• Changes in counterfeit detection methods

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Legit Check: AI Scanner from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Asil Arslan only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
